Thanks for all your comments! I have done many wrong things since he was 1 yr old and that was showing him earthed 5 (he cried everytime he saw anyone falling to the groung... until he grew old enough to say "Ooopsss..." and giving a laugh for seeing people trying hard) and buying him one of those bikes with no pedals or balancing wheels. All summed up he is now 2 yrs and cries everytime I go ride (since he would rather join on his bike or on the ... so this summer at the alps and after going for a family hike I tried using the thing on the bike.... he was obviously more than happy to follow me for a couple of runs (it was even more fun for him because he thought the chairlift was an helicopter... and you could not talk him otherwise! ) ... bottom line being this was just a ride in the park keeping the holidays also fun for him (and for my wife that had some time off for her) 99% in control... all good... of course something could happen... but it could also happen when you're just driving your car....

props to everyone... when I read the first comment I felt somehow bad with myself and wondered if everyone shared the same idea/feeling...

well hopefully next year he will be able to do some parts of the on himself... when that happens I will be nervous !
